SWEDISH:
Long gliding and kneading stokes.
EFFECTS: Relaxation, boosts circulation, increases range of motion, and relieves pain.
DEEP TISSUE/CONNECTIVE TISSUE:
Releases deep tension and long held pain patterns
Deep and slow strokes
EFFECTS: Spreading and lengthening of muscles to gain greater structural balance;
also aids and maintains the effects of chiropractic work.
NEUROMUSCULAR/TRIGGER POINT THERAPY:
Finger pressure is applied to “trigger points”.
EFFECTS: Relieving pain by breaking cycles of muscle spasm.
ACUPRESSURE/SHIATSU:
Finger pressure is used to target nodes where energy flows, an Eastern-style massage.
EFFECTS: Maintains health, prevents disease, strengthens and balances your body.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE:
Deep gliding strokes

MEDICAL MASSAGE:

HOT STONE THERAPY:
Warm stones are used in the massage
EFFECTS: Relieves pain, increases blood flow to the area, and relaxes muscle spasms.
BAMBOO MASSAGE: Heated bamboo rods are used to roll and knead the muscle tissue.
EFFECTS: Extreme sensation of relaxation and well-being.
FACE LIFT CUPPING: Applied to the face and neck, lightly drains excess fluid and stimulates the collagen.
EFFECTS: Youthful, more even skin tones. Can soften lines, tighten jaw line, lift eyebrows and plump the lips. It is also beneficial for TMJ and sinus problems.
CHAIR MASSAGE:
Massage that is performed in a chair, when the client does not want to, or cannot, lie down.
