Kelly is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is certified in Yoga and Reiki I & II.  Kelly is a graduate of HACC’s 900 hr. massage therapy program.  While in the program she was trained in many different modalities including Chair, Swedish I & II, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Special Populations, Spa (Body Scrubs and Wraps, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy) and explored Eastern Modalities.

 

She holds a Level I & II Reiki Certification since 2014, acquiring her Certification at The Valley School of Healing Arts and The Whispering Stone Holistic and Spiritual Center.  She incorporated the use of Crystals while doing Energy work.  

 

Kelly is also a Graduate of the Yoga Life Institute’s 250 hr. Yoga Teacher training.

Completing her training in September 2015.  This was a yearlong training where she focused on the Eight Fold Path of Yoga and the Foundation, Anatomy and Body Micro Movements of Yoga Poses.  She prefers teaching Gentle Yoga along with Yin and Restorative Yoga.
